4WD is recommended on the roads outside San Juan del Sur and within our community. Please plan to rent a vehicle so you can visit other nearby beaches, restaurants and enjoy the occassional night in San Juan del Sur. Wifi internet in areas around this home, but not within the home. This home does not have hot water or a battery backup system to maintain power when the Nicaraguan grid fails. House includes concierge service, maid service and 24 hour security.
