Let us produce your destination wedding and cater your next event or a private dinner.  You'll need a versatile performer for your special event.  Our chefs will serve up a barefoot or formal wedding, beach picnic, poolside BBQ, corporate event or holiday cocktails on the beach.  We’ll work closely with you to orchestrate a one-of-a-kind event.

We will listen to your dreams and help you make them a reality in our little corner of paradise. We'll ask you for a non-refundable deposit of US $500 to reserve your date and a block of rooms for your guests.

Our suggestions for a ceremony on the beach: Pitahaya Vaya is an informal palapa bar on a quiet beach north of San Juan del Sur in the neighborhood of Balcones at Majagual. Perfect for a barefoot ceremony in the sand, followed by appetizers, an open bar through sunset and transportation for your guests to your dinner reception.

Our suggestions for a more formal ceremony: Casa Tranquila at Balcones and Palermo Hotel & Resort are both lushly landscaped, tropical paradises with the best sunset views in San Juan del Sur. We'll host your ceremony on the lawn or in an outdoor amphitheater, followed by appetizers and an open bar poolside at sunset.

Additionally, guests often request:

• Round-trip transfer from Managua International Airport for all guests
• Flower arrangements, bridal bouquet, a groom’s boutonniere, table centerpieces, sometimes locally cut - based on what is blooming at Palermo
• Wedding cake - sheet or tiered
• Photographer and/or videographer
• Late afternoon wedding ceremony, followed by light appetizers and open bar through the sunset
• Informal reception with cash bar and live music or DJ
