4WD is recommended on the roads outside San Juan del Sur and within our community. This home has no hot water or battery backup system to keep the refrigerator cool and lights on when the Nicaraguan power grid is off. House includes concierge service, maid service and 24 hour security.

Please let us know more about your group, and we'll suggest a configuration of homes to suit larger groups. For example, two or three adjacent ecocasas may be rented together to create a large living space with 4-6 bedrooms.
