Balcones at Majagual is the residential eco-neighborhood of the world-class hotel and eco-resort, Morgan's Rock . Homes in Balcones are designed, constructed and furnished by Simplemente Madera, a Managua designer and manufacturer of modern solid wood furniture and timber buildings. Founded in 2002 by architect Matthew Falkiner and agronomist father and son Clemente and Eric Poncon, Simplemente Madera uses local FSC certified hardwood - much of which comes from sister company plantations. Simplemente Madera believes in the potential of Nicaragua's craft history and the wealth of its forests and land. It aims to manufacture the highest quality product, be it furniture or building, while adhering to the highest standards of forestry management and community participation.

Today there are ten homes in Balcones at Majagual, and many are available as rentals through the Balcones Eco Resort. We seek guests who will take the time to enjoy the beauty and wildlife that our community has to offer. We assure you that your rental home will be outfitted as advertised and our staff will work with you to make your vacation special. In return, we require a minimum of 3 nights and a non-refundable 50% deposit to guarantee your reservation. Our on-line reservation system and concierge help make your vacation everything you expect! You will feel like you're on a luxury safari in Nicaragua!

Please let us know more about your group, and we'll suggest a configuration of homes to suit your larger or smaller group.
