We also have oceanview lots for sale in the areas labeled 12, 23 and 24 in the map above. Our community offers many options to realize your dream home for retirement or weekends away from the city. If you are considering buying land, designing and building a home, you may like to know that the price point for custom house usually ends up above US$200,000. However, many people are also considering prefab or modular homes constructed in the Simplemente Madera factory in Managua and assembled on a lot in Balcones. Prices run from US$90,000 - US $160,000 for the three models described in the attached brochure.
